Reykjavik, with a population of approximately 120,00 may not be the biggest European capital, but it is widely regarded as an exciting destination and Icelands cultural and economic center, having been established as a city in the 18th century. Reykjavik provides the perfect base for exploring nearby landmarks such as fjords, glaciers and more. There are strong connections between the city and the Vikings, with many visible signs still remaining today, such as the Longhouse at Hofsstaðir Historic Park.

Isafjordur is a small town in north-western Iceland. The city is characterized by its industrial and fishing ports, which are some of the city's main attractions. The city is very impressive and has a variety of old and colorful houses. Enjoy the site of the beautiful lighthouse or visit some of the restaurants to try the local Icelandic specialities.

Akureyri is a city with an approximate population of 18,000, located in northern Iceland. The city is known for having a stunning natural landscape, which means that there are many opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities. One of the most unique opportunities which can be enjoyed in Akureyri is the chance to witness the Northern Lights between September and April. Akureyri is located at the base of the Eyjafjordur, another example of the stunning natural surroundings.

Alesund is a Norwegian port town located in the North-West, which owes much of its architectural prowess to the fact that it had to be rebuilt anew in 1904 in Art Nouveau style after a big fire outbreak. The mountain of Aksla is where the best views in town can be enjoyed from. The mountain has 418 steps which lead to the town park. Ålesund is a good base for trips to the surrounding fjords such as the Geirangerfjord

At the end of the Norwegian Geirangerfjord lies the charming little village of Geiranger. The proximity of the village to the fjord allows for truly breathtaking scenery views, which has resulted in the village of Geiranger being named as a top destination in Scandinavia. Since 2016, visitors to the area have been able to enjoy the views of from a height, the highest fjord view in Europe! There are also numerous ways to explore the area, such as by bike, kayak or by hiking.

Zeebrugge is located in the Flanders region of Belgium. The small town has nearly 3865 inhabitants and is situated in close proximity to Bruges. Brugge is characterized especially by its medieval old town, ramparts and windmills. Since Brugge was not affected by war or large-scale fires, the city is very well preserved. It is explorable on foot and by boat. Local attractions include the Church of Our Lady of the Madonna by Michelangelo and the four remaining city gates (Gentpoort, Kruispoort, and Smedenpoor Ezelpoort).
