Important information for your booking

Please note that due to the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, our staff are experiencing high call and email volume. We appreciate your patience when it comes to extended waiting times on calls and delayed responses via email.

If you are following up on a refund or a reimbursement claim, please note that refunds will be processed as a lump sum once we receive the funds back from all suppliers. Please be aware that there will be a delay on top of the usual 8-12 weeks wait time and refunds can take up to 16-20 weeks at this stage. This time frame is unfortunately being pushed out due to the ongoing sheer volume of transactions being processed by all parties.

The World Health Organisation characterised COVID-19 as a pandemic as of 12 March 2020 and unfortunately, many cruise lines have made the difficult decision to suspend their operations for a short period of time.
