Antalya is a city on the Mediterranean, with around 1 million inhabitants. The Turkish city is distinguished by its long sandy beaches and the beautiful old town. The old town is largely above a cliff, offering a great view. One of the most popular attractions is the Hadrian at the Ataturk Caddesi. The relatively well-preserved ancient entrance to the port of Antalya was built in 13th Century.

The seaside resort of Alanya on the Turkish Riviera attracts tourists who love the variety of beautiful beaches. The historic old town has many old buildings like the castle of Alanya and the castle hill of Alanya with its old town center and mosque.

Lavrio is a town in Attica, with around 22,260 inhabitants. It is located 54 km southeast of Athens between the ancient places Thorikos and Sounion on the coast of the Aegean Sea.

The second largest of the seven Ionian Islands, Corfu, is often referred to as 'the green island'.
