Hobart, the capital of Tasmania, is a small port city located at the foot of Mount Wellington. Hobart is the second oldest city in Australia, having been originally founded in 1804 as a penal colony. A tour of the oldest brewery in Australia, Cascade brewery is highly recommended. During the Summer season Hobart hosts some fantastic festivals and events from The Taste of Tasmania food festival, to the Yacht Race from Sydney to Hobart. These events attract a big audience and create a great atmosphere throughout the port city.

Bluff is located on the South Island of New Zealand and is one of the earliest European settlements. The Port of Bluff is famous for its oysters, served to many sailors down through the ages.

Wellington, nicknamed "Windy Wellington", is the capital city of New Zealand. Boasting a compact and charming downtown which is diverse in it's architectural styles and also ideal to explore on foot. From Mount Victoria, rising above the city, catch glimpses of ships sail through the harbour and see the city light up as the sun goes down.
