Nouméa is the capital of the French overseas territory New Caledonia and most rapidly growing city in the South Pacific. The capital is abundant with stunning white sandy beaches dotted with many different water spots activities so you'll always find a way to have fun in the sun. The city's features include a beautiful cathedral, the University of New Caledonia, the Bibliothèque Bernheim (Bernheim Library) and the lighthouse Phare Amédée. With an area of 1,200 square km, Lifou is the largest atoll in the Loyalty Islands and belongs to New Caledonia. Pristine, white sand beaches, dense tropical forestation, villages steeped in local culture and incredible volcanic cliffs are what make this island so beautiful and somewhere cruises can't wait to return to. Rabaul is located at the northernmost point of the island of New Britain - part of Papua New Guinea. Rabaul is a port city that connects the Bismarck lake with the Solomon Sea. The landscape of the city is dominated by an active volcano which lies behind the town. In addition, you will find beautiful beaches and a truly breathtaking underwater world which is perfect for swimming and recreation.
