Spain's fourth largest city, Seville, was founded by the Greek hero Heracles. Seville's old town is like a labyrinth of narrow streets, small shops and houses built in the oriental style. Other attractions include numerous public fountains, the Museum Square with a bronze statue of Murillo, and many other buildings.

In El Puerto de Santa Maria there are many interesting buildings and attractions, including the fortress Castillo de la Ciudad, which was built on ruins of an Arab mosque and the famous bullring. In addition, the Andalusian town is famed for its sherry-producing and delicious seafood.

The town of Alcoutim is situated on the Guadiana in the extreme northeast of the Algarve region. In addition to the typical white houses and red roofs one would expect to find in the Algarve, there is the historic castle ruins and archaeological sites to visit.

Huelva is in the Spanish province of Andalusia and is said to have been inhabited since 3000 BC.
