Broome is located in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. In recent years Broome has become a popular Australian destination with Cable Beach offering numerous luxury holiday resorts. Visitors can enjoy camel rides along the beach, catch an outdoor movie and many more fun activities. Broome is often referred to as "the pearl" of the Kimberley region and there are many pearl farms located in the area which are available to the public to visit.

Yampi Sound is located off the northwestern coast of Australia. It is part of the Indian Ocean between King Sound and Collier Bay. Its many islands, such as Koolan and Cockatoo, are rich in silver and iron ore deposits. The Australian Defence Force has maintained a training facility at Yampi Sound since the 1970s.

The Horizontal Falls are a natural very fast moving tidal flow, located in the Kimberley region in Western Australia. The effect of the waterfalls is created by the tide building up in front of the gaps faster than it can flow through them and there can be a four metre high waterfall between the bays.

Montgomery Reef is located in Kimberley, on the western part of the australian coast. It is Australia's largest inshore reef at more than 400 km² and offers a huge array of marine life.

Freshwater Cove is off the northeast coast of Western Australia in the Indian Ocean. It is very popular with fishing enthusiasts.

Kuri Bay is a coastal bay in the north of Western Australia. The nearest town is Derby, about 220 km south west of this bay.

The River Hunter River runs through the east of Australia and offers one of the best routes to get into the country, because there are no mountains or other obstacles that must be overcome. On one side of the banks of the Hunter River wine is grown, on the other side there are popular coal mining areas.

Ashmore Reef is an uninhabited island with a rich variety of wildlife, from sea creatures to birds. In 1931, Australia gained Ashmore Reef and it became a marine reserve in 2000.

Vansittart Bay is a beautifully protected large bay with numerous small islands and secluded coves to be discovered.

The King George River located in the Kimberley of Western Australia has a breathtaking scenery: the amazing King George Falls dominate it, surrounded by ancient rock art, archaeological and historical sites.
