Cartagena was founded in 1533 and is located on the Caribbean coast in northern Colombia. It also happens to be one of the safest places in Columbia making it great for cruisers. Make sure not to miss the San Felipe de Barajas Castle and the Palace of the Inquisition.

Fuerte Amador is a small Pacific island which is known as the gateway to Panama City. A one-mile man made causeway connects four small islands. The island is dotted with restaurants and shops, so there's plenty to discover. With many reliable taxis at the port there's a quick way to get around to other destinations too.
